Job summary

Morley is seeking ASE-Certified Auto Technicians for a work-from-home role supporting a domestic OEM brand. After onboarding, you’ll assist field service techs from your Texas home, with initial on-site training in Saginaw, Michigan.

You’ll troubleshoot automotive EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain or infotainment issues via phone, chat and email, using electronic service manuals and latest repair strategies. Growth opportunities abound.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop.
• Two ASE certifications (or ability to obtain within six months with Morley reimbursement).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist field techs via phone, chat and email to resolve vehicle issues.
• Specialize in EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain or infotainment systems to provide expert help.
• Complete initial training in Saginaw, MI to support field techs from home.
• Access latest technical data and repair strategies with team guidance.
• Pursue professional growth and advancement within Morley.
