ProfessionLX, Ltd is seeking a part-time Artifact Conservation Project Coordinator to support a National Archives and Records Administration initiative. You will coordinate conservation projects across institutions, draft statements of work, and prepare budgets and presentations.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in cultural heritage, strong organisation and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Competenze

• At least 10 years of professional experience in the cultural heritage sector, working within a museum, library, archives, or comparable heritage organisation.
• Relevant experience coordinating artifact conservation projects within the past five years.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and keep multiple projects, deadlines, and follow-up actions in view.
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication, including the ability to turn contributions from several stakeholders into coherent reports and presentations.
• A collaborative approach to working with specialists and institutional contacts, combined with the initiative to work independently in a remote role.
• Proficiency across Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Draft statements of work for conservation vendors and prepare narrative and budget reports.
• Create presentations explaining achievements and next steps.
• Organise incoming vendor proposals and check them for completeness.
