Job summary

Productive Playhouse is building a pool of Armenian-speaking evaluators for testing leading AI chatbots. This is a 100% remote, freelancer-based role with flexible hours. Expect iterative task batches and work that directly informs model improvements.

You will interact with AI models, run structured conversations, and provide write-ups, ratings, or recordings per task guidelines. Start within 48 hours and work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Native or expert-level fluency in Armenian, as spoken in Armenia.
• Strong English reading, writing, and communication skills.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Hands-on experience using AI models or large language models.
• Comfortable with written and voice-based conversation and sharp follow-ups.
• Own smartphone, computer, reliable internet, and comfort with web-based tools.
• Able to pass language proficiency and technical literacy assessments.
• Responsive communicator with quick onboarding.
• Able to start within 48 hours.

Responsibilities

• Interact with AI chatbots and language models to test capabilities, safety, and usefulness.
• Participate in structured, hands-on evaluations and provide actionable feedback.
• Submit deliverables such as write-ups, ratings, screenshots or recordings as required by each task.
