The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in residential construction, supervisory skills, and the ability to train construction teams. The role requires daily inspections and problem-solving to meet production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years prior management position in Residential Construction Industry.
• 5+ years within the construction industry, preferably production experience.
• Experience in training builders and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction managers to ensure quality and budget adherence.
• Inspect neighborhoods and homes daily for quality and safety.
• Evaluate construction methods and job specifications.
• Hold weekly meetings with division staff for scheduling.
• Train division construction managers during onboarding.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

People skills to handle conflict

In-depth knowledge of technical construction materials and methods

Ability to design and implement training modules

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification
