Job summary

Allegion is seeking an Architectural Services Consultant to promote its architectural consulting services focused on Division 08 and Division 28, including spec writing, submittal reviews, and project management. The role targets architectural accounts within a strategic demand-creation approach and requires self-motivation and adaptability in a changing industry.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma with a preferred bachelor's in a related field and 5+ years of business

Qualifications

High School Diploma; BA preferred.
5+ years business development or technical experience.
Ability to understand security systems integrations and electronics.
Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and deliverables.
Excellent verbal and written communication; strong presentation skills.
Proficient with Bluebeam, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and CRM.

Responsibilities

Coordinate Division 8 door hardware with Division 28 electronic access control while ensuring code compliance.
Develop relationships with design professionals to grow Allegion’s architectural services.
Identify target accounts and manage objectives to drive growth.
Lead architectural education including AIA Lunch and Learns and industry events.
Procure specification opportunities and lead project review meetings.
Manage specification projects through their lifecycle with updated schedules and stakeholders.
Collaborate with the broader sales team on projects and reviews.
