Sentara Health in Virginia Beach, VA, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist - Home Infusion. You will manage day-to-day AR operations, ensure timely payment collection from patients and payers, and resolve billing issues.

The role requires AR experience in home infusion or pharmacy, strong healthcare billing knowledge, independence, and solid problem-solving and multitasking abilities. On-site, hybrid, or remote work options available.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Receivable in Home Infusion or Pharmacy.
• Solid understanding of healthcare billing practices.
• Critical thinking and ability to work independently with strong multi-tasking.
• Experience with payer escalation/recovery and billing issue resolution.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day operations of accounts receivable.
• Ensure accurate and timely collection of payments from patients, insurers, and other payers.
• Resolve billing issues, reconcile accounts, and maintain records to support compliance.
