Job summary

Knowledge Services is seeking an Application Security Program Manager (remote) for a contract with the State of Maine Office of Technology through June 2027.

The role involves coordinating security program adoption across multiple teams, maintaining roadmaps, and driving improvements in SSDLC across governance, risk, and compliance groups. Remote work within EST/CST time zones is supported.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of leadership and cybersecurity program management experience.
• Experience improving application security program maturity.
• Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) knowledge.
• Strong stakeholder management and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transition from project deliverables to owned processes with documented handoffs and decision paths.
• Maintain the program roadmap, priorities, dependencies, risks, and backlog.
• Work with teams to validate and improve application risk profile, security requirements, design review, scanning, remediation, and release workflows.
