Responsibilities

• Contacting prospective clients by phone to introduce the AIS team and schedule appointments with licensed agents
• Confirming upcoming appointments and following up with prospects who did not connect on a previous attempt
• Maintaining accurate, organized records in the CRM so licensed agents have the context they need before each call
• Routing questions about coverage, products or enrollment to the licensed agents responsible for those conversations
• Completing required training and support activities, with a clear path to licensed agent responsibilities after you obtain your license
