Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
A minumim of 5+ years of experience in applications engineering, technical sales support, or system design.
Strong understanding of high-purity water treatment processes, system hydraulics, sanitary design principles, and high-purity water-quality requirements.
Proficiency with engineering selection and sizing tools and ability to read technical drawings and specifications

Responsibilities

Bridge customer requirements with Grundfos technology to deliver reliable, energy-efficient water solutions.
Develop conceptual system designs and perform preliminary engineering calculations for sizing and estimating.
Prepare detailed cost estimates and identify value-engineered alternatives for better system performance and cost.
Research equipment options based on technical suitability, availability, lead time, and pricing.
Lead technical review and turnover meetings to align scope with downstream teams.
Support Sales in pre-bid discussions, bid reviews, and technical clarification meetings.
