Job summary

Beacon Hill is recruiting for a fully remote Application Security Architect with a focus on embedding security throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). In this critical role, you will define secure coding standards, lead threat modeling practices, and implement DevSecOps tooling.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience, with at least 4 years specifically in Application Security Architecture. Strong cloud security expertise is essential, along with hands-on experience with relevant tooling such as GitHub Advanced Security and Veracode.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, cybersecurity, or DevOps.
• At least 4+ years dedicated specifically to Application Security Architecture.
• Strong cloud security experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Responsibilities

• Define secure coding standards and architectural blueprints.
• Lead product/platform-level threat modeling practices.
• Architect and deploy automated security tooling into CI/CD pipelines.
