Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Staff Analyst to support information technology applications across the lifecycle, from planning to optimization. The role emphasizes healthcare IT systems, EHRs, billing, scheduling, and revenue cycle workflows, with remote/hybrid work options and potential on-site trainings.

Ideal candidates will have Epic certification and experience with revenue cycle applications, plus strong analytical and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in information technology, healthcare, business, or related field.
• Two years of work experience, or actively pursuing a bachelor's degree with 4 years of related experience.
• Will be required to certify on one or more Epic applications and maintain certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to Stakeholders through analyzing and diagnosing problems to determine resolution.
• Translates technological requirements into design and development specifications and supports product management.
• Configures, tests, installs, implements, monitors, and maintains systems and workflows.
