Job summary

1 Source Bpo is seeking a detail-oriented Apparel Graphic Designer to join our remote team. You’ll prepare artwork for apparel proofing, process files for screen printing, and digitize embroidery designs with precision.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in apparel graphics, strong proficiency in embroidery digitizing tools, Illustrator or CorelDRAW, and the ability to work independently with tight deadlines in a remote setting.

Qualifications

Proven experience in apparel graphic preparation and production art.
Expert embroidery digitizing using Wilcom, Hatch, or Pulse.
Deep knowledge of satin, fill, and running stitches with underlay.
Proficient in screen printing file setup and RIP software.
Strong Illustrator and/or CorelDRAW skills for cleanup and vector work.
Experience with 3D puff, appliqué, tackle twill is a plus.
Ability to work remotely and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Set up artwork files for client proofing on apparel.
Rip and process art files for screen-printing production workflow.
Digitize artwork into embroidery-ready files with proper stitch type, density, and underlay.
Apply specialty digitizing techniques as required (3D puff, appliqué, tackle twill).
Review and quality-check all files before production to avoid errors.
Coordinate with remote production team for smooth handoffs.
Support creation of internal marketing pieces when bandwidth allows.
