Pine Services Group is seeking a Regional Accounting Manager for ANZ, reporting to the Group Controller. This remote, Australia-based role oversees monthly close, audits, tax, and intercompany reporting across ANZ OpCos, coordinating with US GAAP standards and multiple ERP systems.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of progressive accounting across entities, CA designation preferred, and strong communication skills to liaise with cross-border teams and external auditors.

Formación

• Degree in Accounting or Finance; CA designation preferred
• 6+ years in progressive accounting across multiple entities
• Public accounting experience (Big 4 or mid-tier) valued; audit background preferred
• Australian statutory reporting (AASB), GST/BAS compliance, payroll tax knowledge
• US GAAP knowledge (ASC 810/606/830) or ability to work in US GAAP environment
• ERP experience across multiple systems (Business Central/MYOB/Acumatica)
• Attention to detail with clean, well-organized deliverables
• Ability to work across time zones with limited supervision
• Able to translate complex accounting issues for non-accounting stakeholders

Responsabilidades

• Own the ANZ monthly close calendar and ensure timely submissions
• Review OpCo trial balances and income statements before US submission
• Identify and resolve reporting discrepancies and classification issues
• Prepare AUD-to-USD translation workpapers per ASC 830/AASB
• Coordinate US GAAP consolidation audits and Australian statutory audits
• Liaise with external auditors to ensure efficient fieldwork and timely findings
• Coordinate ANZ tax compliance workflows (GST/BAS, income tax, payroll tax)
• Monitor statutory deadlines and support intercompany transfer pricing documentation
• Provide technical accounting guidance to ANZ OpCo leads and improve controls
• Deliver clean monthly reporting packages to Group Controller and support consolidation
