As a portfolio-credentialed reviewer, you’ll ensure outputs match senior-level standards. This is a contractor role with outputs tracked via a structured rubric and remote collaboration across time zones.

Qualifications

• Portfolio or production experience in animation review or adjacent creative discipline.
• Hands-on familiarity with the standard tooling for the discipline.
• Comfort applying multi-page rubrics consistently across long batches.
• Clear written reasoning that names the craft issue and the standard being applied.
• Reliable async availability for at least 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Review AI outputs against current animation review craft and tooling standards for Acting and Animation Evaluation Specialist assignments.
• Grade composition, constraint adherence, and production-readiness on a structured rubric.
• Flag tooling-specific failures (file format, scale, naming, layer hygiene) with severity tags.
• Capture the corrected approach or reference so the modeling team can train on it.
