Job summary

IEM is seeking an Analytics Business Partner to join the Manufacturing and Fabrication analytics effort. You’ll be embedded with the Manufacturing and Fabrication teams and will serve as the go-to person for data, influencing leadership decisions with evidence-based insights.

You’ll build with AI, shape the data model, and collaborate with the Data Platform team. The role offers remote work within the United States and direct access to leadership for meaningful impact on a $1B+ manufacturing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in BI, analytics, or a data-driven operations role.
• Real knowledge of the business area you'll support.
• Analytical depth, not just visualization skills.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau and AI tools for analytics.
• Consultative instincts to inform leaders with data.
• Experience across multiple source systems and SMEs ownership.
• Strong SQL; familiarity with Snowflake and dbt.

Responsibilities

• Be a Thought Partner with leaders to define problems and data needs.
• Diagnose root causes of KPI movements and provide recommendations.
• Own the analytics roadmap for your area and prioritize by ROI.
• Define and maintain KPIs and business logic with SMEs and engineers.
• Improve data quality by collaborating with ERP/HR/CRM data owners.
• Build end-to-end analytics using BI/AI tools and validate outputs.
• Lead leadership reporting and business rhythm with execs.
