Remote Talent LATAM is seeking a hands-on Commerce Strategist to manage and optimize Amazon Search and Amazon DSP campaigns for multiple brands. This execution-focused role emphasizes data analysis, performance improvements, and proactive optimization within a fast-paced, remote LATAM environment.

You will balance campaign management with reporting, collaborate with internal teams, and align tactics with overall commerce strategies.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years hands-on experience managing Amazon Search and DSP campaigns.
• Experience with retail media or e-commerce brands.
• Strong analytical skills with KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and conversion rate.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution and optimization of Amazon campaigns across client accounts.
• Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and optimization insights; build reporting decks.
• Support cross-channel commerce initiatives with a 50/50 channel split and align with overall strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and communicate campaign priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.
