Job summary

GigaBrands is seeking a results-driven Amazon operations professional to own listings content, SEO and catalog health for multiple brands. You will coordinate with a PPC Specialist and Graphic Designer, ensuring smooth operations and proactive client updates.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience with managing multiple client accounts.
• Strong written communication and client-facing skills.
• SEO knowledge including keyword research, listing copy, and indexation.
• Organized, deadline-driven with zero-ghosting in client messages.
• Comfortable using AI tools and automation to scale campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize client listings, SEO, and backend terms across multiple Amazon brands.
• Coordinate with PPC, Graphic Designer, and Brand Manager to ensure strategy execution.
• Manage day-to-day Seller Central operations and resolve catalog issues.
• Prepare biweekly client decks and 30/60/90 day account plans.
• Oversee image, A+, Brand Store design, and asset approvals.
• Maintain task lists and timelines in ClickUp; capture action items with due dates.
• Develop growth strategies and quarterly category-specific initiatives.
• Document SOPs and maintain client data in Airtable/Drive.
