Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing strategic recommendations to support mission objectives.
• 1+ years of experience with Intelligence Community customers.
• Experience developing targeting plans and operational approaches.
• Experience using open source, GOTS, and COTS tools to manage technical information including Social Networking Analysis, Tableau, or Analyst Notebook.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience with all source intelligence analysis or Master's degree and 3+ years of experience with all source intelligence analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of complex data from internal and external sources to ID key insights and trends and develop strategic recommendation to support mission objectives.
• Inform leadership on critical linkages with organization and key areas of interest.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand gaps and provide recommendations to inform strategic approaches to leadership.
• Draft and coordinate communication products to document data-driven insights and analysis.
