Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media, rate how well responses follow prompts, and explain what looked off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

You will evaluate live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video outputs, and provide written explanations. Work from home with flexible hours and weekly payments, earning up to $18 USD/hr, plus free access to leading LLMs and potential incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining your reasoning clearly.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then rank how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt more closely.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video desynchronization.
• Write a specific English explanation that points to what you saw or heard.
