Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks a senior data/AI product leader to own the lifecycle of multiple data-driven and AI-enabled capabilities transforming engine and spare-part delivery for Defense Engines & Services. This role requires in-person attendance for New Hire Orientation on Day 1 and embeds with operators, planners, and engineers on the shop floor.

You will build prototypes from concept to production, establish a roadmap, and drive value through KPI-driven delivery while coordinating with central data

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of professional IT/engineering experience.
• Experience with forward-deployed roles in manufacturing or defense context.
• Willingness to travel; 10-50% of time.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of lifecycle for interdependent data, analytics, and AI products within the DES delivery transformation program.
• Build and maintain the DES data and analytics product roadmap; sequence against constraints and secure stakeholders.
• Stand up self-service data and analytics on manufacturing, quality, and delivery data for real-time answers.
• Operationalize and sustain value from analytics and AI investments; move prototypes into production.
• Partner with central DT and Enterprise Data on data fabric adoption for reuse across products.
• Move ideas from proof of concept to medium/high fidelity prototypes on real production data.
• Embed with operators and engineers on the Genba and stay with the problem until capability is in use.
• Define and report value upfront; drive rapid materialization of benefits and stop non-value work.
