Job summary

IXO is seeking an AI Training Specialist to help direct the evolution of AI using RLHF and DPO methodologies. You will generate diverse training data, evaluate model outputs, and craft prompts to explore capabilities, while ensuring alignment with safety and ethics.

The role is remote, part-time (20-30 hours/week) with immediate start, supporting ongoing long-term projects across multiple regions. A strong analytical background and excellent written communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Generate training data across formats (text, code, structured data) to teach AI behaviors.
• Evaluate AI outputs with rankings and feedback to guide improvements.
• Craft prompts and instruction sets to elicit desired responses.
• Assess responses for accuracy, safety, coherence, tone, and ethics.
• Contribute to reward model development via human feedback.
