Intone Inc. is seeking an AI Test Lead for a remote contract (6+ months) to build and validate AI agents that modernize legacy enterprise apps.

You will work across the US with a team focused on infrastructure upgrades and security modernization. Responsibilities include designing test strategies, validating autonomous upgrades, reverse-engineering undocumented systems, and migrating tests to Playwright with desktop automation.

Qualifications

• Strong, hands-on experience with agentic AI systems and prompt engineering.
• Proven expertise transforming test automation from Java/Selenium to Playwright.
• Deep proficiency in desktop automation testing.
• Demonstrated ability to test with minimal documentation using reverse-engineering.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and refine test strategies for agentic AI systems tasked with automating legacy application modernization.
• Develop and execute test plans that validate AI agent performance in autonomous upgrade scenarios, targeting 90% success.
• Reverse-engineer undocumented systems and automate tests.
• Migrate tests from Java/Selenium to Playwright and test across legacy and modernized environments.
• Validate end-to-end modernization workflows including infrastructure upgrades and security transitions.
• Identify edge cases and downstream impacts for AI agents.
• Translate findings into agent skill refinements and prompt improvements.
• Establish quality gates and validation frameworks for autonomous upgrade execution.
