This hands-on role requires collaboration with non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements. Successful candidates will have a software engineering background and a builder disposition to deliver impactful solutions.

As part of a small and agile team, you'll have the autonomy to shape systems that will directly influence how over 2,000 employees interact with HR functions.

Qualifications

• Experience building, deploying, and maintaining production applications.
• Understanding of version control (Git/GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Comfort with navigating security and data governance.

• Integrate with systems to surface real answers from governed content.
