Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Strong written communication and ability to author or review technical artifacts.

• Advanced degree (Master’s, JD, MBA, PhD) or equivalent credentials are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, review, and enhance AI-generated technical content.
• Create and refine prompts and instructions for AI models.
• Assess AI outputs using rubric-based methods and provide feedback.
• Draft technical docs, architecture plans, RFCs, and engineering proposals.
• Conduct independent research and fact-checking for technical accuracy.
• Annotate and interpret data to support evaluation tasks.
• Collaborate asynchronously with project leads to meet milestones.
