This is a fully remote, project-based role that begins with a single assessment and then provides ongoing project matches across code review, evaluation, and original task creation.

Projects pay $50–$100 per hour, with compensation based on the assigned task and project scope.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of real-world software engineering experience.
• Strong fundamentals in at least one major programming language.
• Reliable and detail-oriented; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Complete software engineering tasks across AI training and evaluation projects.
