Turing, based in San Francisco, seeks a Software Engineering evaluator to create cutting-edge datasets for training and benchmarking large language models. You will curate code examples, provide precise solutions, and correct code across Python, JavaScript (ReactJS), C/C++, Java, Rust, and Go, while evaluating AI-generated code for efficiency and reliability.

You will collaborate with researchers and cross-functional teams to enhance AI-driven coding solutions, building verification mechanisms

Formación

3+ years of software engineering experience.
Strong expertise in building full-stack applications.
Deep understanding of architecture, design, debugging, and code quality.
Excellent oral and written communication skills for evaluation rationales.

Responsabilidades

Curate code examples and build solutions in Python, JavaScript (ReactJS), C/C++, Java, Rust, and Go.
Evaluate and refine AI-generated code for efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
Collaborate with researchers and cross-functional teams on enterprise AI-driven coding solutions.
Build verification agents to assess code quality and identify patterns of errors.
Plan steps in software engineering cycles from prototyping to production and monitoring.
