Job summary

Based in San Francisco, Turing leads frontier AI research and enterprise AI deployments. As a Software Engineering evaluator, you will curate code examples and provide precise solutions primarily in Rust, plus Python, JavaScript (ReactJS), C/C++, Java, and Go.

You will evaluate AI-generated code for efficiency and reliability and collaborate with researchers to improve enterprise AI coding solutions. You will build agents to verify code quality, hypothesize steps in the software engineering

Qualifications

• Several years of software engineering experience (3 years or more).
• Strong expertise in building full-stack applications with modern languages and tools.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, design, development, debugging, and code quality/review.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for clear evaluation rationales.

Responsibilities

• Curate code examples and build solutions primarily in Rust and other languages.
• Evaluate and refine AI-generated code for efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve AI-driven coding solutions.
