AfterQuery is seeking software engineers, CS specialists, or app/web developers to help train and evaluate AI models. This is a fully remote, project-based engagement with an initial assessment.

You’ll qualify into projects and receive ongoing matches for code review, evaluation, and original task creation from Seattle-based leadership. We offer competitive pay of $50–$100 per hour, flexible asynchronous scheduling, and the ability to work independently on diverse AI-focused tasks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of real-world software engineering experience.
• Strong fundamentals in at least one major programming language.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Complete software engineering tasks across a range of AI training and evaluation projects
• Review and evaluate code and model outputs for correctness and quality
• Deliver clear, well-documented work independently.
