Qualifications

• Current or former military weapons systems operator with hands-on experience.
• Experience with Patriot, THAAD, Aegis, NASAMS or comparable platforms.
• Strong understanding of weapons employment and tactical decision-making.
• Ability to explain complex technical and military concepts clearly in writing.
• Operational deployments, live-fire experience, or experience as a weapons instructor are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated scenarios involving air defense, missile ops, naval weapons, or tactical aviation.
• Assess realism, weapons employment decisions, and mission procedures.
