BECU is seeking an Enterprise Risk Analyst - AI Risk to help shape how the organization adopts and manages AI responsibly. You will identify, assess, and monitor AI, ML, generative AI risks, strengthening governance and risk practices to protect member data and support innovation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance/statistics or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year of Enterprise Risk or Audit experience; 2 years preferred.
  • Experience with AI risk management, governance, or model risk programs.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct AI risk assessments with stakeholders.
  • Perform independent reviews of AI systems and data.
  • Monitor AI-related risks and controls.
  • Support AI governance processes and oversight.
  • Maintain inventory of AI models and tools.
  • Evaluate AI solutions for risks and policy alignment.
  • Review AI-related controls and provide guidance.
  • Develop risk analytics, dashboards, and reports.
  • Research evolving AI technologies and regulations.
  • Apply quantitative methods to risk initiatives.
  • Collaborate with technology, governance, and business teams.
