Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what looks off, remotely and on your own schedule.

You'll rate outputs on adherence, quality, and realism, provide written explanations, and help improve AI systems through careful evaluation. This flexible, remote role pays hourly and includes free access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• What applicants must demonstrate strong written and spoken English skills.
• Ability to carefully observe and describe AI outputs.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs to spot problems like distortions, flickering, misalignment, or audio-video mismatch.
• Writing explicit explanations in English detailing what was seen or heard.
