Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will participate in live conversations with an AI voice model and score each exchange, compare generated images and videos to judge which follows the prompt best, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining your reasoning in real situations.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which one follows the prompt better.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like artifacts, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Rating each output on adherence, quality, and realism, and writing a concise English explanation.
