Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model, rank outputs, compare generated images and videos to judge which follows the prompt better, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and natural conversational style.
• Strong attention to detail; patience to replay and zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when options have flaws.
• Applicants from Australia, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom and United States are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which follows prompts better.
• Inspecting outputs closely and writing explanations of what looked or sounded off.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and providing written feedback.
