Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English-speaking reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media from the comfort of a remote setup. You will monitor live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and write explanations in writing about what’s off.

This role offers flexible hours and weekly payments, with free access to leading LLMs. You’ll help shape how AI systems reason and improve by providing precise evaluations across prompts, visuals, and audio, working asynchronously

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Nice to have: Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio that doesn't match the video.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
