ARS-Rescue Rooter in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager of AI Product to lead flagship AI-driven initiatives, from strategy through production adoption, reporting to the VP of Data & Applied Intelligence. This is a remote role serving multiple business units nationwide.

You will own product strategy, define vision and success metrics, partner with data science and engineering, and drive measurable business value while ensuring responsible AI, governance, and executive communication.

Formación

• 5+ years of leading technology implementations, data-driven decision tools, or product management.
• Proven ability to partner credibly with data scientists and engineers on AI/ML concepts.
• Track record owning a business case and measuring realized value after launch.
• Experience designing KPI baselines and running tests (pilot, A/B).
• Experience in field service or multi-site operations is a strong plus.
• Experience leading adoption and change management for new tools or processes.
• Proven cross-functional leadership with operations, finance, marketing, IT, and partners.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Power BI is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and business case for flagship AI products.
• Define vision, release plans, and success criteria for each flagship.
• Translate problems into product requirements, success metrics, and acceptance criteria.
• Arbitrate scope and prioritize with operations, finance, and IT; manage backlogs.
• Own value measurement, KPI definitions, experiments, and attribution.
• Lead pilot design, launch readiness, and scaled rollout around peak periods.
• Own adoption and change management including training and communication.
• Guide decisions on when AI acts autonomously vs. human-in-the-loop.
• Manage implementation partners and vendors; support build-vs-buy evaluations.
• Ensure responsible AI, governance, privacy, and compliance.
