Job summary

Distru, the #1 ERP for Cannabis, is seeking an AI Product Engineer to architect a new agentic harness. You will own scope, design, and ship a production multi-agent system that connects ERP, CRM, spreadsheets, calendars, and analytics.

Reporting to the CTO, you will collaborate with product, engineering, and design on an AI-native roadmap, balancing technical excellence with user-focused outcomes in a fully remote, global team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on experience building multi-agent harnesses in production.
• Experience building MCPs that are actually used in production.
• Strong production system concerns: reliability, observability, permissions, and safe workflow execution.
• Experience across product and engineering - owned scoping and decision-making.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, Node, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, and LangGraph.
• Startup experience at an early-stage company with ambiguity.
• Clear, proactive communicator.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build a multi-agent system in production across core tools (ERP, CRM, spreadsheets, calendars, email, analytics).
• Build and maintain MCPs (Model Context Protocol integrations) connecting the harness to business systems.
• Own end-to-end production reliability, observability, permissions, and safe workflow execution.
