Job summary

micro1 is a data lab that helps AI labs & Enterprises train foundational models and agents. We recruit domain experts for a data platform to rapidly produce high-quality training data, spanning legal, medical, finance, coding, and more.

This role involves uploading photos, comparing real vs AI-generated images, and providing detailed feedback to improve model performance. As an AI Photo Rater, you will work with a remote team of experts, applying domain knowledge to drive high-quality data

Qualifications

• Expertise in digital photography, image editing, or related visual arts fields.
• Excellent written English with clear communication of visual details.
• Meticulous attention to visual quality and artifacts.
• Experience with AI image generation, image comparison, or related evaluation projects.

Responsibilities

• Upload original photographs for use in controlled image evaluation assignments.
• Compare human-captured images with AI-generated versions and identify key differences.
• Document observations with clear written feedback on findings.
• Articulate technical issues using photography and image editing terminology (lighting, perspective, rendering flaws).
• Ensure privacy and confidentiality of all submitted content.
• Deliver constructive feedback to support development of AI models.
• Collaborate with a remote team of independent experts to meet project goals.
