Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring a Model Risk Advisor - Remote to promote governance practices, support AI policy adoption, and streamline risk controls. The role involves maintaining model inventories, evaluating risk, and driving compliance within a remote-first environment across the United States with some exceptions.

You will collaborate with risk, auditors, and internal teams to report on AI governance and address identified risks while evolving models and processes to meet regulatory

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Model risk management related practices, risk, and audit.
• Knowledge of compliance monitoring and/or auditing principles.
• Knowledge of privacy, security, and AI Model governance standards.
• Capable of communicating technical topics to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Engage with the enterprise AI community to promote awareness of AI governance policies and standards.
• Maintain a complete inventory of models with ownership, risk ratings, and metadata.
• Assess model risk by complexity, regulatory requirements, business impact, and usage.
• Implement and maintain Model Risk Management frameworks and controls with key team members.
• Monitor governance controls, KRIs, and compliance with policies and standards.
