Job summary

Solventum is hiring an AI/ML Technical Manager to lead a global, multidisciplinary AI/ML team, architect solutions, and partner with product, data science, and platform teams. You will drive end-to-end delivery from framing problems to production deployment, while ensuring governance and responsible AI practices.

The role is remote with up to 10% travel, requiring strong English communication and a proven track record of delivering production AI solutions in fast-moving environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, ML, Data Science or related field and 10 years of related experience.
• 8+ years in AI/ML roles with production AI delivery track record.
• 3+ years managing and developing technical teams; professional English required.
• In-depth foundation in traditional AI/ML techniques and modern AI approaches with LLMs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary AI/ML technical team, including hiring, onboarding, and career growth.
• Architect and guide development of AI/ML solutions from feasibility to production deployment.
• Apply deep learning, statistical modeling, and modern AI techniques to business problems.
• Collaborate with product, data science, platform, and enterprise teams to define scope and adoption plans.
• Build scalable AI systems with governance, data quality, and responsible AI principles.
• Communicate strategy, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders.
