Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Practice Architect AI/ML for a fully remote role. You will split time designing end-to-end AI/ML architectures and coding patterns, spanning Claude-based agentic workflows and MCP integrations, across GCP/AWS/Azure.

Lead AI tooling adoption and ensure secure, scalable solutions for enterprise clients. You will mentor engineers, document architectures, and drive reusable patterns while partnering with client stakeholders to ensure value and compliance across multi-cloud

Qualifications

Five+ years of professional software engineering experience with Python and modern design.
Three+ years in applied AI, hands-on with LLMs (Claude preferred) and AI tools.
Experience building AI apps: prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, or MCP integrations.
Cloud architecture on at least one major platform; compute, storage, IAM basics.
Ability to document architectures and communicate trade-offs to engineers and stakeholders.
Security knowledge: secure-by-default design, least privilege, guardrails.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end AI/ML solution architectures for client engagements.
Build and productionize agentic workflows using Claude, MCP servers, and agentic frameworks.
Lead adoption of AI coding tools; establish patterns and guardrails.
Architect and deploy across GCP, AWS, or Azure with well-architected principles.
Establish cost visibility and governance for AI workloads across multi-cloud estates.
Design security into every solution with least privilege and input/output mediation.
Embed governance: human-in-the-loop review gates, audit logging, provenance.
Contribute to CoE library of skills, MCP servers, and reference architectures.
Engage with client architects; present designs and mentor engineers.
