Job summary

Gain America is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to join our enterprise-facing teams on contract and contract-to-hire engagements across the United States. You will help move machine-learning and LLM systems from prototypes into production, focusing on scalable, robust deployments.

You'll design retrieval-augmented generation pipelines, leverage vector databases, and ensure monitoring and cost-efficient operation of models in production. Strong Python and PyTorch experience are essential.

Qualifications
