Outlier invites detail-oriented English speakers to remotely review AI-generated media. You will live- chat with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and explain what’s off in writing. Flexible hours and a freelance, 1099 contract empower you to work from home or while traveling.

Expect to score naturalness, usefulness, and realism across tasks like image/video evaluations and caption labeling while earning up to $15 per hour, with mission-based incentives and weekly payments.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and talking through realistic situations.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio mismatch.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a concise English explanation of what you observed.
