Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented contributors to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare outputs, and write precise explanations in English about what looked or sounded off.

Qualifications

Fluent English with clear written communication.
Strong attention to detail and the patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
Bachelor's degree or above is preferred.
Able to think on your feet and explain your reasoning clearly.
Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

Holding live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distortions, flickering, or misaligned audio.
Writing English explanations that point to what was seen or heard.
