Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges for naturalness, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Working with Outlier helps shape how advanced AI systems reason and learn, with access to leading LLMs and flexible hours, weekly payments, and the chance to earn up to $18 USD/hr plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication in everyday conversation.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Capable of thinking on your feet and speaking through realistic scenarios naturally.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.
• Ability to decide when both options have flaws.
• Eligible to apply from listed eligible countries.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy or audio mis-matches.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a specific explanation in English detailing what you saw or heard.
