Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented reviewers to assess AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what looked off, all remotely and on a flexible schedule.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English with strong written communication, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to justify choices with concise explanations. This role offers remote work from anywhere and provides free access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication and comfortable with natural, everyday conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail, with the patience to look and listen closely, and to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews. Desirable at least a bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely—zooming, replaying—to spot problems like distorted motion, text errors, or audio-video mismatches.
• Writing English explanations that point to what you saw or heard in a clear, evidence-based manner.
