Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model and score each exchange, compare generated images and videos to judge which follows the prompt more closely, and explain in writing what looked or sounded wrong, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining decisions in realistic, conversational scenarios.
• Experience writing concise, evidence-based reviews.

Responsabilités

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking naturalness and clarity.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images/videos and judging which better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distortions, artifacts, or misalignment between audio and video.
• Writing a written explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
