Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from anywhere with flexible hours. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing, remotely and on your schedule.

As a freelance contractor, you’ll help shape how advanced AI systems reason and learn. Earn up to $15 per hour plus incentives, with weekly payments and free access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations in natural, conversational ways.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based reviews or explanations.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each response sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video mismatch.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, with written explanations.
