Job summary

DataAnnotation is seeking an experienced radiology professional to help train AI models on medical images, including chest X-rays, ultrasounds, and nuclear medicine scans. You’ll generate reads, impressions, and structured rationale to shape future model versions.

The role welcomes radiologists or imaging technologists with hands-on experience and strong writing skills. Remote, flexible project work is available, with compensation up to $125+ per hour depending on task complexity.

Qualifications

• Residency-trained or board-certified radiologist, or credentialed/licensed imaging technologist.
• Hands-on experience performing or interpreting studies.
• Clear, well-organized writing, and the ability to explain why a report is wrong.
• Detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Review de-identified studies (chest X-rays, ultrasounds, nuclear medicine scans) with clinical context.
• Write comprehensive, structured reports documenting every finding, including subtle and incidental ones.
• Provide clear impressions and recommend next steps (e.g., follow-up scans).
• Compare two independent interpretations, resolve differences, and log discrepancies.
• Identify what model-generated reports miss, misstate, or leave incomplete.
