Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as both Product Manager and Software Engineer with a hands-on coding background.
- Track record of transforming manual processes into automation-first products.
- Experience building customer-facing analytics.
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for AI agents and automation workflows.
- Design AI agents for automation tasks across various workflows.
- Build automation for billing, invoicing, and recovery processes.
- Redesign customer portal with analytics dashboards and reporting.
