DataAnnotation is seeking a Finance Expert to evaluate AI-generated financial analyses against real corporate scenarios, verify valuation assumptions, and document judgments to guide model accuracy. You will ensure that models' numbers balance with logic and provide clear CFO-ready conclusions.

The role emphasizes corporate finance experience, fluency with complex financial modeling, and precise, written explanations. Remote, flexible, and project-based opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or strategic finance.
• Fluency with modeling: three-statement builds, DCF, and the accounting behind them.
• Clear written English: your explanations are the training signal.
• No degree required. We care about what you can do, not where you learned it.

Responsibilities

• Stress-test AI-built models on real corporate scenarios: three-statement linkages, DCF assumptions, and working-capital logic.
• Trace the reasoning to expose plugged numbers, broken drivers, and conclusions the model's own math doesn't support.
• Write the defensible analysis when the model falls short: honest assumptions, clear drivers, and a number you'd put in front of a CFO.
